About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead a significant enterprise transformation. The successful candidate will be tasked with building a modern, data-driven marketing and customer experience function that is pivotal in driving donor participation, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and ensuring a stable blood supply. Experience in relevant industries such as healthcare systems, large cause-driven nonprofits, or consumer healthcare is essential. The role requires a mission-driven leader with a builder's mindset, who is adept at marketing transformation, and is passionate about the life-saving purpose of the organization. The CMO will be expected to lead the development of an enterprise-wide strategy for donor engagement, design customer journey and experience strategies, and build a performance-driven marketing ecosystem powered by data, analytics, and modern martech infrastructure.
