About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Asset-Based Credit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities within the specialty finance and asset-backed markets. This includes leading financial modeling, asset performance analysis, and scenario stress-testing to assess risk and return profiles. The role also involves driving the entire investment process, from due diligence to execution, and requires collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure thorough assessments and efficient deal management. The Vice President will be expected to prepare and present detailed investment committee materials, as well as to monitor and manage existing investments, staying abreast of market trends to inform strategy. Applicants for the Vice President position should be structured credit professionals with a strong background in buy-side investment. The role demands a high level of proficiency in transaction structuring, legal documentation negotiation, and closing processes.
