Position Adjunct Instructor of English Position Details FTE 0.625 (30 hours/week, 10 months). Appointment Type: By semester (Fall / Spring). Primary Purpose of Position Teach 1-3 sections of English Composition I and/or II per semester. Hold 4-8 office hours per week. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching in face‑to‑face and/or online formats. Familiarity with Canvas or other LMS platforms. M.A. in English, Composition and Rhetoric, or a related field with a minimum of 18 hours graduate coursework. Two years of relevant teaching experience at the college/university level.
