Vaco has partnered with a rapidly growing services company to hire their next Controller. This is a high-impact role leading the accounting team and overseeing all core accounting operations. You’ll be instrumental in building scalable processes, driving automation, and supporting the company’s continued growth and acquisition activity. Competitive compensation structure Responsibilities include :

Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and scalability.

Lead daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, and payroll.

Mentor a small team while remaining hands-on in key accounting functions.

Build scalable financial processes and controls to support growth and acquisition integration. Requirements :

CPA is required.

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance

8+ years of experience is required.

M&A experience a plus

Multi-entity experience a plus

10%-15% travel is required
