Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Information Systems Expert to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support for the development of educational and training resources related to clinical systems applications and platforms. You will play a key role in the implementation and training delivery for various clinical functions, contributing to our strategy aimed at delivering quality and cost-effective member care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research, perform workflow analysis, and develop training content for the electronic medical record (EMR) / practice management (PM) systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and document functionality issues with the clinical system platform EMR / PM systems.
- Create and deliver effective training sessions on the EMR / PM application.
- Escalate and communicate application malfunctions to IT and support teams.
- Research and analyze inquiries from customers to enhance the end user experience.
- Serve as a point of contact for Molina operations staff, directing questions to appropriate teams.
- Create, present, and execute test cases aligning with project requirements.
- Proactively notify customers regarding changes in processes that may impact them through tailored educational resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design training materials, establishing clear goals, objectives, and success measures.
- Provide re-education for staff through facilitation and coaching when performance gaps are identified.
- Educate users on system functionality and navigation effectively.
- Develop clinical case scenarios to simulate real-world navigation within systems.
- Maintain current knowledge of state-specific regulations to ensure comprehensive training materials.
- Act as a subject matter expert on assigned clinical system platforms, consulting with clinical organizations about their training needs.
- Utilize critical thinking to break down complex information into understandable segments for learners.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide timely feedback to team members and leadership.
- Participate in committees and workgroups to align training with organizational best practices.
- Analyze data on user interaction with clinical systems to identify training opportunities and trends.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in clinical systems analysis and at least 1 year in care management, utilization management, behavioral health, or managed care settings, or equivalent education and experience.Proven proficiency in clinical systems implementation, integration, and content development.Ability to work collaboratively in a project team environment as well as independently to meet project deadlines.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Effective time-management skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range : $77,969 - $117,809 / ANNUAL
Compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level.
