Job description

Seasonal Administrative Professional

The Bonadio Group is currently seeking Seasonal Administrative Professionals for our Dallas, Texas office for the time frame of January 2026 through April 2026. This is a on-site position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc.
  • Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client-related correspondence, etc., to produce error-free work
  • Track engagements with the use of Access software
  • Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems
  • Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others
  • Organize, update, and maintain calendars
  • Manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Hours of Operation

  • This is a in-office, hourly position
  • Our office hours are from 8 : 00 a.m. until 5 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Our summer hours are from 8 : 00 a.m. until 5 : 00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8 : 00 a.m. until 12 : 00 p.m. on Friday
  • We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
  • The salary range for this position is between $21.00 - $24.00 per hour.
