Financial Analysis Advisor
Role Summary
Financial support for the Technology team.
Coordinate with Technology leaders on financial matters.
Provide financial reporting and analytics to support growth and profitability goals.
Collaborate with business partners in Finance, Technology, Business Management, Procurement, Accounting and Portfolio Management to manage the financial operations.
Work across teams to complete monthly close and projection activities and communicate results to leaders.
Understand key risks and opportunities, working with partners to deliver established financial targets.
Support process improvement initiatives for Finance and the Enterprise.
Responsibilities
Perform monthly close process including analysis of paids, accruals and capitalization entries.
Analyze contracts, track spending against deliverables and record accruals accordingly.
Prepare monthly forecasts and quarterly projections in support of Enterprise financial calendar.
Work closely with partners to provide timely, accurate financial information and recommendations.
Manage project portfolio through financial reporting, forecast updates and risk / opportunity tracking.
Key Skills / Competencies
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
3-5+ years of financial analysis experience
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills
Priority setting & problem solving are necessary
