What Youll Do

• Lead coach and inspire a team to deliver best-in-class restoration services.
• Manage daily operations financials staffing and performance metrics.
• Partner with ownership and leadership to set sales goals and execute growth strategies.
• Oversee multiple departments (Mitigation Reconstruction Contents Warehouse Administration).
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction reputation management and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with employees clients and vendors.
• Use data and KPIs to drive accountability process improvement and efficiency.

Compensation : $80000.00 - $100000.00 per year
