Hours : 5pm - 1 : 30am M-F with Overtime as needed

Responsibilities

As a DC Equipment Operator, your responsibilities will include :

Operate and manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.

Strictly adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

Conduct regular equipment inspections to determine maintenance needs and ensure operational efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to successfully implement daily shipping plans and exceed performance goals.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have :

Proven experience operating warehouse equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Capability to operate during the 2nd shift, which involves evenings and weekends.

Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy in order fulfillment.

Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 pounds.

Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Pay Range : $15.00 - $34.66 -

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles

OR

Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
