We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. AR / Billing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Monmouth County, New Jersey. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate billing processes, expense recovery, and reporting. Responsibilities :

• Prepare and deliver client invoices promptly, adhering to established protocols and deadlines.
• Generate and analyze detailed financial reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including case workers, IT, and collections, to ensure successful expense recovery and accurate reporting.
• Develop and implement effective management reports to support financial and operational decision-making.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitor and achieve personal performance targets set by the Billing Manager.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting to support business objectives.
• Apply financial acumen to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and client protocols throughout all billing activities.
