Responsibilities :
- Manage phone calls, greet visitors, receive deliveries, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Craft professional letters, presentations, and reports.
- Assist with financial tasks like account reconciliation, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors on deliveries and track shipments.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment for both internal and client needs.
- Run essential errands like trips to the post office or bank, or picking up / dropping off packages.
- Utilize your Microsoft Office Suite expertise (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to streamline tasks.
- Create professional Adobe Acrobat forms with ease. (Bonus points for ConnectWise Manage CRM knowledge!)
