Job description

Job Title : Financial Analyst

Location : Mountain View CA 94043

Duration : 12+ months (Possible Extension)

Shift : Mon - Fri 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM PST

Job Description :

Prepare recurring headcount reporting on a weekly basis.
Prepare accounting entries including reclass entries.
Expense tracking including PO tracking, making sure accruals are being captured accurately for the month and quarter.
Assist with preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial analysis schedules of actual vs. budget variances.
Support and manage customer success expense with forecasting, planning and analysis.

Skills :

Office / Gsuite (particularly Excel and Gsheet) skills and experience are an absolute must.

Detail oriented and problem solving mindset.

Experience with Financial Planning systems (Hyperion) is nice to have (preferred).

Experience with financial modeling is nice to have.
