Overview :

Our client is seeking a reliable Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their finance team immediately. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a company undergoing an ERP system transition, with potential for future opportunities as the project grows.

Responsibilities :

Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently.

Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for payment approval.

Resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies.

Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments.

Maintain organized AP records and support month-end closing activities.

Provide input and testing support during ERP (SAP) implementation.

Qualifications :

2 3 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.

Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

Compensation & Benefits :

$25-30 / hour, paid weekly on Fridays.
