Construction Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : Davie, FL. (On Site)

Salary : $55,000-70,000

About the Construction Accounts Payable Specialist :

Responsibilities of the Construction Accounts Payable Specialist :

Process high-volume invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor pay applications accurately and in a timely manner.

Perform job cost coding to allocate expenses to the correct project, phase, and cost code.

Verify and reconcile invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and receipts.

Manage vendor accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Assist with lien waivers, compliance documentation, and subcontractor payment processes.

Qualifications of the Construction Accounts Payable Specialist :

1-5+ years of construction experience.

3+ years of AP or accounting experience.

Experience with Vista Viewpoint or Procore highly desired.

Strong communication and follow up skills.
