Production Assistant Manager

The role

SoFi Mortgage is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Assistant manager  to support our Production Assistants / Production Manager / Loan Officers in managing the loan origination process. This position will play a critical role in streamlining / improving the loan process to our operational partners. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for customer service.

What you’ll do :

• The Production Assistant Manager will need to have a firm understanding of the originations process from Sales to operations to closing along with managing a Loan Pipeline
• This position also involves an understanding of reading DU / LPA, and credit policies
• Primary contact with Production Managers / Loan Officers and Operations
• Review received documentation within 24 hours for discrepancies, omissions, asset and income verification and Encompass updates based on verified information
• Work with Mortgage Loan Originators to resolve any problems with files and documents
• Comply with Company policy and procedures to ensure all files are complete
• Lead and Attend Team Meetings
• Comply with applicable state and federal compliance guidelines
• Facilitate a strong member experience

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

Pay range : $89,600.00 - $168,000.00

Payment frequency : Annual
