Contracts Manager
Description
Alliance Technical Group is filling a remote Contracts Manager position in our legal department. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for collecting and organizing all sales / vendor contracts across the enterprise.
Additionally, the Contracts Manager will review contracts for analyzing legal safeguards, track key renewal dates and key terms.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborates with sales and operations throughout entire contract lifecycle to ensure contract integrity
- Develops organizational "best-practices" for legal engagement during the contracting process
- Develops and organizes contract database to house and track all sales and vendor contracts and related documentation
- Evaluates existing contracts for legal safeguards
- Develops pipeline and timeline for key contracts and renewals
- Educates sales and operations on signatory authority and how to identify business terms of a contract
- Determines challenges of current contracts processes and develops methods to expand Company services to provide solutions
- Renegotiates terms
- Ensure contracts align with company policies
- Communicates and reports progress updates to operational leaders
- Partners with leadership team to effectively strategize and align with operational goals
- Other duties as assigned
Pay Range :
$80,000 annually + profit sharing

- College degree or equivalent
- Executive level knowledge of Contract Management
