Responsibilities :

Maintain open communication with clients and vendors, ensuring guest needs are met and exceeded.

Foster and nurture relationships with various hospitality vendors, negotiating terms and ensuring high-quality services.

Stay informed about the latest trends in hospitality and travel, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and guest-centric.

Participate in comprehensive training provided by the company to enhance your hospitality and guest service skills.

Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities in addressing any issues that arise during guest stays.

Requirements

Requirements :

Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA, Australia, and Mexico.

Possess a computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet access to facilitate remote work tasks.

Strong organizational capabilities, multitasking skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service orientation to build rapport with guests, vendors, and team members.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction and coordination.

Self-discipline, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

A passion for hospitality and a commitment to continuous learning in a dynamic industry.
