Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in quality, customer support, or similar roles
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience working with private health / personal information in a regulated environment
Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and various computer applications
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced and repetitive environment
