Project Manager IV

Genesis10 is currently looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager with AWS for a 6 month contract role for our client in the healthcare industry in Eagan, MN. This role is 100% remote. Compensation : $60.00 – $65.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Summary : The main function of the Project Manager is plan, direct, and coordinate activities towards the program's business objective, for programs that involve IT, Business Functions, Business Operations and Client facing activities. The program team led by the Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of joint IT & Business solutions through the entire delivery cycle, including requirements gathering, development & delivery of capabilities, ensuring operational capabilities are defined & implemented, and realization of the business benefit. Our IT teams leverage a variety of methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile & Hybrid methodologies. Must have AWS and or GCP MUST have 2 of the 5 options : Observability (Monitoring and Logging), Disaster and Recovery, High availability, ITSM, File Transfer – needs to be 2 of them in the AWS or GCP environment Responsibilities

• Leads the program to successful conclusion, including setting the plan to achieve the program objective and managing scope, schedule, budget & quality
• Tracks and monitors to the business objective and Business Case / ROI when applicable
• Oversees resource allocation across the teams to balance workloads and effectively accomplish tasks
• Takes corrective action when programs deviate from the established program plans
• Acts as path of escalation for program team
• Responsible for status reporting, stakeholder communications and team morale Day-to-day Responsibilities
• Builds the program roadmap and strategy to support the execution and delivery of the effort
• Builds the underlying program / project task plans in support of the program roadmap
• Responsible for communicating program status.
• Ensures scope, task completion, decisions, issues & risks are managed.
• Oversees resource plans, project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Manages integrity and consistency of activities and artifacts, using the applicable Enterprise PPM tool (system of record).
• Performs quality checks ensuring consistency in delivery across program teams on a program.
• Supports management of organizational change.
• Build collaborative partnerships between business, IT and operations to elevate organizational performance. Qualifications :
• Capable of big picture thinking, critical thinking, identification and proactive management of risk / issues, and decision making
• Demonstrates problem solving techniques and ability to escalate at the right time at the appropriate level
• Able to influence and communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates situational awareness and able to flex to different styles
• Experience managing project(s) that include both IT and Business impacts, primary focus of technology enabled solutions
• Experience building & maintaining detailed project plans across all impacted areas
• Experience in proactively identifying program risks & appropriate mitigation plans
• Experience in managing to the plan, including proactive management of scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigations plans and issues
• Able to identify situations that require escalation and the appropriate path to take
• Able to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
• Able to independently manage multiple projects of varying sizes adjusting their approach to the needs of the effort
• 7+ years of experience in IT project Management (Agile, Waterfall) working on projects across multiple departments in the organization for end-to-end delivery
• 5+ years project financial management (including managing program forecasts, estimations, monthly tracking and reporting actuals against forecast).
• 5+ years experience managing Programs / Projects using Enterprise PPM tools.
• 2+ years experience managing internal / external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications :
