A Plus Early Intervention is an NYS DOH EI approved provider of Early Intervention services. We are committed to providing individualized and developmentally appropriate education and therapeutic services that are based upon a child’s strengths and needs. We are actively seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Director of Clinical Services, BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our expanding team and service offerings. Duties / Responsibilities :

• Work in close collaboration with President, COO and CHRO on ABA expansion strategy
• Collaborate on the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of clinical staff for home-based programs including early intervention
• Create Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training programs, including creating electronic training schedule
• Facilitate and oversee Learning Readiness Program social groups and other programs implemented in each assigned location
• Facilitate monthly RBT clinical trainings in collaboration with Lead RBT
• Review treatment plans and re-assessment
• Assign BCBA caseloads
• Conduct clinical interviews for BCBAs and RBTs
• Monitor and support client programming
• Monitor and support Supervision
• Complete BCBA Monthly Performance Checklist
• Travel to in-home, school, parent meetings and to overlap with supervision

Requirements :

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, depending upon experience. A Plus Early Intervention offers Paid Time Off, Medical Insurance, and 401(k). EOE / M / F / V / D
