Job Title : IT Project Manager (Agile Python Power Automate LEAN Process Improvement)

Location : Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications :

• Experience managing five to ten projects concurrently ensuring all deliverables adhere to industry best practices and established development standards.
• Skilled in cross-disciplinary review identifying skill gaps developing training and improvement plans and providing actionable feedback to enhance team performance.
• Proficient in workflow analysis and process optimization applying LEAN principles to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Experience conducting business process analysis in collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders leading to the creation of formal business requirements use cases and workflow documentation.
• Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming languages including Python and PHP.
• Skilled in automation scripting using PowerShell and developing low-code solutions with Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Bachelors degree or higher in a field related to IT Management.
