As experts in protecting what matters most to businesses and individuals, we're looking to bring on our next Account Manager to support our Employee Benefits department and deliver exceptional risk management solutions to our growing client base.
Our Account Manager will partner with our sales team to facilitate day-to-day management of current clients' insurance programs, helping the world prepare for the unexpected.
How you'll make an impact
Maintain accurate client information to provide day-to-day client support and address intermediate-level client inquiries.
Support in enrollment, benchmarking, financial and utilization data based on financial review standards.
Leverage technical knowledge to ensure carrier quotes are received in a timely fashion; Review quotes for gaps and assists with inquiries from the carrier.
This role requires local and non-local travel (about 50%)
About You
Required : Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and / or claims management experience -OR- High School degree / GED with 3+ years client service and / or claims management experience. Producer's License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required. Willingness to travel
Preferred : Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
Behaviors : Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages / balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market / geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business / practice area, supply / demand, and scheduled hours.
