Job descriptionReplacing cartridges and coordinating service requests. Assisting with desktop / laptop setup and minor IT-related issues. Use Excel spreadsheets to track equipment, repairs, and facilities projects. Participate in online meetings and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. Previous facilities or office move coordination experience strongly preferred. Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic troubleshooting for office equipment. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a dynamic work environment. Opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility office relocation project . Sigma Systems Inc. is seeking a Facilities Support Specialist to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can handle physical tasks, coordinate office moves, and provide day-to-day facilities and equipment support in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support a major office relocation , including moving and rearranging office furniture and equipment.
- Maintain organized inventory of office equipment and supplies.
- Troubleshoot facilities-related issues and coordinate with managers to communicate and track necessary repairs.
- Serve as a liaison with vendors and building services to ensure timely repair and maintenance.
- Provide technical support including :
Troubleshooting common printer errors.
