We are seeking a Cashier / Server to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, and services in a Caribbean restaurant setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome and greet customers
- Follow all cash handling procedures and ensure cash is balanced daily
- Follow the meal portioning guide to ensure accurate quantities are being served
- Record temperature of food items on steam table throughout the day
- Prepare pastries for sale
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation, dining room and restrooms
- Count and replenish stock where needed
- Assist with the baking of products
- Follow all standard operating policies and procedures as outlined by Golden Krust
- Communicate effectively with the Manager, Supervisors, Chefs and other back kitchen staff
- Perform any other job-related duties that may be assigned
- Take catering orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
