Bilingual English / Spanish Required

Phelon & Moore, a historic British motorcycle brand reborn globally, is looking for a Junior Accountant & Administrative Assistant to support our Miami HQ. This role combines accounting, purchasing, ERP support, and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities

Accounts payable / receivable, invoice issuance, vendor payments.
Purchasing coordination with global suppliers.
Support ERP implementation (Odoo or similar).
Maintain financial records and assist with monthly close.
Administrative support for the Miami office and executive team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (required).

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting / finance roles.

Fluent in English & Spanish.

Strong Excel and organizational skills.

Experience with ERPs and QuickBooks (plus).
