• Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm clinic hours
• All ages welcome accepts IM or FM adult-only providers
• IUD placement / removal, Nexplanon, and foot procedures required
• Hospital privileges required
• Flexible schedule negotiable days and hours
• Clinic closed on federal holidays
• Substance use disorder treatment provided
• Women's health experience preferred no OB or maternity care
