Revenue Audit Analyst

The Revenue Audit Analyst is responsible for evaluating disputed credit card transactions. This role involves investigating disputes, communicating with the field team, identifying potential fraud, and validating chargebacks as necessary. Responsibilities include handling credit card disputes and chargebacks, corresponding with regional and field employees, performing special projects as required by management, and producing monthly reports.

Essential Skills include experience in Accounts Receivable, proficiency in Posting Payments and Posting Cash, strong skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office, excellent communication skills, and data entry proficiency. Additional Skills & Qualifications include previous office experience and experience in handling receivables.

The position is based in a very nice office located in downtown Hartford. Employees benefit from free parking in one of their lots, located about a block away from the Gold Building. The company has a recognizable presence in the local market and collaborates with local sports teams.

This is a Contract position based out of Hartford, CT. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
