Marketing & Administrative Staff
We're looking for a motivated Marketing & Administrative professional to join our team! This is a dynamic role that blends traditional office administration with brand management, social media engagement, and community outreach. You'll help keep the office running smoothly while supporting our company's public image and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Office Administration
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors
- Maintain office supplies and organize both digital and physical files
- Assist with scheduling, time tracking, and job site coordination
- Support invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare reports, documents, and internal communications
Brand & Reputation Management
Monitor and manage online reviews across platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook)Coordinate with management to respond to customer feedbackHelp maintain a professional and consistent company image across all channelsSocial Media & Online Engagement
Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Create and schedule engaging posts highlighting projects, client feedback, and team achievementsTrack engagement and provide ideas to grow online presenceAssist in content creation, including photos, videos, and short write-upsIn-Person Engagement & Outreach
Represent the company at community events, job fairs, or other public engagements (as needed)Support client relations through follow-ups, thank-you notes, and site visit coordinationHelp build partnerships with local vendors, suppliers, and service providersQualifications :
Prior experience in administrative, marketing, or customer service rolesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeBasic understanding of social media marketingBilingual (English / Spanish) is a plusExperience in the construction or trades industry is a bonus but not required
