Operations Manager - Food Manufacturing

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily plant operations at a food manufacturing facility. This role oversees production and warehouse activities, driving efficiency, safety, and quality while supporting long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop production / warehouse teams to achieve safety, quality, and delivery goals

Optimize daily operations to minimize downtime and improve throughput

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations

Partner with cross-functional leaders on planning, audits, and process improvements

Drive continuous improvement using lean practices and performance metrics

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing (ready-to-eat / perishable preferred)

Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results

ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred; Microsoft Office proficiency required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
