Customer Business Manager, La Colombe (AFH Business & Industry)

La Colombe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Business Manager to join our Away From Home team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in beverage sales, particularly within the food service industry, and a passion for building positive relationships while driving profitable growth. As a Customer Business Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, managing, and developing La Colombe's B&I / Vending business. This includes selling the full La Colombe RTD portfolio into key B&I, vending, pantry & micro market accounts while also building strong partnerships with KDP counterparts. The CBM will report to the Sr. Director of Brand Sales, Away From Home and will be a key member of the LC Brand Sales team. Expected to be in the market / visiting key accounts 2-3 weeks out of the month.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying and prioritizing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, leading the full sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams, supervising market trends, collaborating with KDP counterparts on RTM strategies, consistently meeting or exceeding segment sales & revenue forecasted goals, and applying strong written and verbal communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years' beverage experience, DSD sales & marketing experience, experience with Vistar, USG, Canteen, Aramark, Sodexo, Eurest, strong negotiation skills, a results-driven mindset, enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment, highly customer-focused, excellent communication and social skills, highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects against deadlines, proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, willingness to travel 50-70%, and preferred location in Midwest / Southwest.

Compensation Range : $88,000.00 - $132,000.00, plus bonus.
