Position requires great customer service at the front desk as well as the ability to verify insurances, handle prospective and current patient phone calls, collect copays, and communicate in a team environment. Location : 4830 NORTH 42ND STREET PHOENIX, AZ 85018 Position Type : Full Time Schedule : Monday-Friday Compensation : $20.00 - $22.00 / hour - based on experience.

When patients enter our outpatient physical therapy center, we want them to have an exceptional experience starting at the front desk. That's where you come in. As a patient service specialist, you'll manage both the patient side and business side of our center.
