Sr. Construction Manager / Resident Engineer

Ardurra is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join our Group in Phoenix, AZ!

Primary Function

Ideal candidates will have previous experience with project management.

Primary Duties

Responsibilities include monitoring the budget, schedule, and quality of projects, supervise and mentor staff, and developing and maintaining client relationships.

Skills include :

Experience managing a multidisciplinary team including subconsultants Experience managing staff with various levels of abilities and experience Successful experience in proposal writing to obtain work Ability to market projects with various agencies Project experience with ADOT, MCDOT, and local municipalities / agencies is desirable.

Education and Experience Requirements

Candidate must have a BS in Engineering with at least 10 years of management experience on construction projects and is a registered civil engineer in the state of Arizona.
