Outside Sales Representative

An Outside Sales Representative who is charismatic, energetic, and self-motivated with electronic / technical experience is needed to join the sales team of this electronics manufacturing company located in Huntington Beach, CA. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a salary range of $90K-110K / yr depending on experience. The ideal candidates must have a good understanding of the anatomy of a circuit board and the application of conformal coatings.

Qualifications / Experience :

• Prior experience in aerospace, medical, technology, industrial, or automotive industries
• 10+ years in direct sales or materials or electronic systems with knowledge of conformal coatings is needed
• Strong knowledge in Contract Manufacturing
• Ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas
• Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, and call control
• Familiarity with plasma technologies, application of conformal coatings, potting / encapsulation, and epoxy compounds preferred
• Experience with conformal coating or engineering services preferred
• Experience selling to Tier 1 or 2 type customers preferred
