About the role :

As the Contracts Manager, you are responsible for the oversight of KabaFusion’s managed care contracts. If this sounds like a big role, it is. You will be on the front line when it relates to contract negotiations / re-negotiations, maintaining knowledge and understanding of various payor products along with their Division of Financial Responsibility and, when necessary, act as the liaison between KabaFusion and the payor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Routinely review contract language and pricing
• Recommend and implement cost reduction measures for the provision of ancillary services
• Maintain and update managed care manuals and contracts
• Assist with the creation of and implementation of managed care policies and procedures
