Are you a strategic problem-solver and connector with a passion for workforce innovation? The Center for Economic Growth (CEG) is seeking an experienced professional to design, lead, and deliver talent initiatives that meet the Capital Region's evolving workforce needs. The Director of Workforce Innovation will spearhead regional strategies to develop, attract, and retain talent aligned with employer demand and emerging industry sectors. This position works collaboratively with partners to strengthen the region's workforce to meet today's demands and seize tomorrow's opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS
Compensation Salary range is $80,000 to $95,000. Benefits package includes PTO, generous 401(k), and health / life / LTD insurance.
