Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

• Develop and execute a platform-specific social strategy that reflects Bazaars luxury sensibility and editorial voice.
• Plan produce and publish daily content across Instagram TikTok X Threads and Facebook.
• Translate editorial features fashion stories and cover moments into high-impact digital content.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content for reach engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to ideate and manage partnerships influencer initiatives and paid campaigns.
• Stay ahead of emerging platform trends and innovations to keep Bazaars presence culturally relevant.
• Serve as the brands on-the-ground social lead at Fashion Weeks events and other key moments.
• Maintain excellence in visual and editorial quality across all published content.

The base salary for this role is between $74000 - $89000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors such as : transferable skills work experience business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
