Health Plan Strategy Analyst

A company is looking for a Plan Strategy & Design Lead Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and refine market-level product portfolios through analysis of market trends and competitive environments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new product enhancements aimed at increasing membership and earnings

Project manage the annual product portfolio process, ensuring documentation of progress and key milestones

Required Qualifications

BA or advanced degree in Business or a health-related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 3 years of experience in ACA-compliant health plan strategy and benefit design

Experience in designing ACA-compliant benefit structures and ensuring regulatory compliance

Proficiency in self-service data reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Cognos

Ability to forecast market trends based on historical information
