Responsibilities
- Client Engagement : Interact with clients, assess their insurance needs, and offer personalized advice.
- In-Person Meetings : Conduct face-to-face discussions with clients to understand their expectations and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
- Policy Recommendations : Recommend insurance plans that align with clients' specific needs and financial goals.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the agency's client base and grow revenue.
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirement
- Licensing : Possess an active California Property & Casualty License.
- Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Customer-Centric : A customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping clients and providing exceptional service.
