Associate, Planned Giving

The Associate, Planned Giving will play a key role in growing legacy giving to Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA). This individual will manage a portfolio of planned giving donors and prospects, implement donor-centric engagement and marketing strategies, and support estate administration. The associate will work closely with internal stakeholders and utilize tools such as FreeWill and RE NXT to strengthen and help scale the organizations planned giving program.

This role is ideal for a mission-driven, detail-oriented professional who excels at relationship building, project management, and donor engagement in a data-informed fundraising environment.

Essential Responsibilities

Donor Cultivation & Stewardship

• Cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of planned giving prospects and donors in alignment with GSUSAs legacy giving strategies.
• Ensure timely, personalized, and mission-aligned communication and stewardship that honors each donors intent and impact.
• Collaborate with internal fundraising and marketing teams to provide customized engagement for legacy donors.

Required Competencies

Required Technical Skills

Office 365 or similar suites

Competency in PowerPoint or similar presentation software

Competency in Microsoft Excel or similar software

Experience in Raisers Edge NXT preferred

You Need

SALARY RANGE : $66,000 - $72,000

This represents the present low and high end of the pay range for this position. This pay range is only applicable to NYC Metro-based employees, on a hybrid schedule. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
