Mountain Vista Medical Center is a -bed, state-of-the-art hospital located in east Mesa, Arizona, offering comprehensive health care services, including emergency care, heart care, advanced surgical procedures, orthopedics, breast care, maternity care, and women’s services.

Position Summary :

The Patient Access Coordinator Lead is responsible for greeting visitors and obtaining information for verifying and accurately entering all vital information required for the treatment and billing of all patient types. This position requires insurance verification, collection of financial obligation when applicable, and entering all physician orders accurately in applicable software(s).

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Medical terminology
  • 2-4 years’ customer service experience
  • Prior hospital experience

Preferred :

  • 5-7 years’ customer service experience
