About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Sales, Retail Planning, and Business Development to lead a team of Account Managers and Retail Planners. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing brand relaunches, and distribution expansion, and improving performance in existing accounts. This role is pivotal in the process of distribution expansion, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales growth and expansion for national brands. Key responsibilities include leading a team, building new brand distribution, and significantly expanding branded sales. The role demands a leader with a passion for driving growth, a collaborative and intentional leadership style, and the ability to inspire excellence in sales implementation.

Applicants for the Senior Director position at the company should have a background in sales leadership, preferably in the mass retail sector, with established relationships at the buyer level. An energetic and collaborative leadership style, exceptional communication skills, and a strong analytical and strategic approach are essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven ability to drive a growth culture, deliver positive results, and expand distribution. Experience in the apparel or accessories categories is necessary, with a preference for those with a background in socks, hosiery, or intimate's categories.
