About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Sales to lead and drive the sales strategy in alignment with the organization's mission to empower the transformation of the healthcare ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of sales, including planning, implementation, and execution, to support the growth strategy and achieve targets in market penetration, revenue, and client diversification. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management and strategy, with a proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies, managing operations functions, and leading the organization in bringing new strategies to market. The SVP, Sales will also be tasked with developing and managing the annual budget, creating strategic business plans, and ensuring the team is effectively scaled and managed to meet the outlined goals.
Candidates for the SVP, Sales position at the company should possess strong financial and analytical capabilities, as well as excellent strategic and critical thinking skills.
