Senior Payroll Administrator
Mortenson is currently seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to manage and ensure the accuracy of end-to-end time capture and reconciliation of timecards.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and experience Minimum five years payroll experience in a multi-state environment Preferred knowledge of Passport timekeeping, Oracle payroll, or ADP Experience with unions and CPP certification a plus Positive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills Ability to balance multiple priorities with a sense of urgency High accuracy in following complex processes and implementing improvements Knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act, state payroll requirements, federal and state payroll taxes, and standard accounting procedures

The base pay range for this role is $27.93 - $37.69. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations : Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan. Please make note : Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
