A company is looking for a Supervisor, People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the People Operations team to ensure program execution with consistency and compliance
Oversee People programs including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and performance management
Maintain data integrity across HR systems and prepare reports on people metrics and compliance
Required Qualifications
A minimum of four (4) years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, including one (1) year in a supervisory role
Strong track record managing multiple HR functions such as recruiting and onboarding
Experience with HR systems (ATS, HCM) and proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office Suite
Deep understanding of employment law and HR compliance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
