  • Supply and Demand Analysis : Conducting supply and demand analysis will highlight areas of concern for the next 12 months. Your insights will help the team anticipate and address potential issues proactively.
  • Research and Reporting : Assisting others in gathering and compiling information through primary and secondary research, you'll contribute valuable data for decision-making. Running planning parameter setting changes in the simulation environment will allow you to analyze impacts on KPIs and provide detailed reports.
  • Inventory Management : Monitoring signals indicating abnormal demand and / or stock levels, you'll feed the supply schedule and make necessary adjustments to planning parameter settings. Your efforts will ensure inventory aligns with the aggregate demand plan.
  • Forecast Adjustments : Entering approved forecast adjustments at the detail level, you'll align with the aggregate demand plan. Taking ownership of the disaggregate demand plan, supply plan, and inventory plan will support end customer needs effectively.
  • Core Competencies : Demonstrating proficiency in core competencies, you'll remain flexible and perform miscellaneous duties as required to meet business goals. Your adaptability will be key to achieving success in various tasks.
  • Teamwork and Development : Communicating effectively within your team and with support teams, you'll complete training and personal development in line with business requirements and career goals. Participating in improvement projects will enhance quality, safety, process, and material flow.

  • Driving Results : Consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances. Your ability to stay focused and deliver outcomes will be crucial in meeting business goals.
  • Global Perspective : Approach issues with a broad view, using a global lens. Understanding the global context will help you make informed decisions that benefit the organization as a whole.
  • Managing Complexity : Make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. Your analytical skills will be essential in navigating and resolving intricate challenges.
  • Optimizing Work Processes : Know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement. Streamlining operations will enhance productivity and quality.
  • Materials Planning System Utilization : Use the materials planning system to manage supply and demand plans, taking long-term corrective action on exception messages and alerts based on root cause analysis. Leverage tools like Excel, Access, TOAD, OMS, etc., for problem-solving while primarily relying on the materials planning system.
  • Plan for Every Part (PFEP) : Apply PFEP principles in planning, designing, and managing systems and processes to ensure the delivery of the right part at the right time in the right quantity to the right place. Focus on the relationships between master data management, materials planning parameters, engineered material flows, transport management, and warehouse management.
  • Inventory Management and Optimization : Use analytics and algorithms to determine the optimal level of inventory investment across the end-to-end supply chain within specific constraints. Provide guidance on planning parameter refinement and develop inventory strategies that support the overall strategy.
  • Materials KPI Management : Operate in relation to recent or historical outputs compared to organizational expectations to drive improvement. Assess gaps in supply chain performance, interpret KPIs to understand end-customer impact, and strategically balance trade-offs to influence KPIs while minimizing negative impacts.
  • Network Master Supply Planning : Use statistical analysis and collaborate with other disciplines to provide a long-term view of customer demand. Ensure the supply plan aligns with the demand plan, balancing supply and demand to achieve financial and service objectives while stabilizing and optimizing the supply chain.
