Key Responsibilities
Provide first contact support for business voice, video, data, and commercial product issues
Demonstrate exceptional customer service to minimize escalations and resolve customer troubles
Assist customers with Internet configurations and document issues in trouble tickets
Required Qualifications
1+ year of customer service, help desk, troubleshooting, or call center experience
Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
