SUMMARY :

The primary responsibilities of this position are to assist the Treasury group with corporate-wide Treasury related activities.

Specific responsibilities may include :

• Treasury cash desk : Primary / Secondary responsibilities for initiating properly authorized daily wires & ACH transfers; review / monitor daily bank accounts for suspicious activities; and maintain daily target balances for company's bank accounts
• Provide support as needed for : Capital structure activities, cash forecasting processes, automation of daily cash management activities, letter of credit portfolio, leasing and real estate related activities, and other strategic treasury activities
• Monthly and Quarterly financial reporting : Work with financial reporting and corporate accounting on monthly and quarterly closing activities
