Inside Sales Representative
Location : Boca Raton, FL
Status : Full-Time | Exempt
Reports To : Inside Sales Manager
Alliance Workforce Solutions has partnered with a family-owned company known for its great culture and leadership in construction materials distribution. We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Boca Raton, FL.
About the Role :
This role focuses on customer service and sales support, helping clients with product information, quotes, and orders. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, support outside sales, and drive business growth through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage customer inquiries via phone and email
Prepare and follow up on quotes
Enter and schedule orders
Support outside sales with timely updates
Maintain strong product knowledge and promote offerings
Build and maintain customer relationships
Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse staff
What You’ll Need :
Bachelor’s degree (not required but a plus)
2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Experience with order entry and CRM systems
Bilingual (preferred)
Work Environment :
Office setting attached to a distribution center. Limited travel may be required (tradeshows, vendor visits, etc.).
