GENERAL SUMMARY

The Bench Tech and Warehouse Associate is responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining handset devices, organizing and maintaining the technical repair area and warehouse and supporting logistics operations such as parts stocking, inventory management, staging, shipping, and receiving. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow established repair and warehouse procedures to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair handset devices and related components.
• Log all repair activity accurately and completely in designated tracking systems.
• Assist supervisor in organizing daily repair tasks, prioritizing workloads and maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and technical repair areas.
• Assist with stocking parts, managing inventory levels and conducting routine cycle counts.
• Stage and organize pallets for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assist with all shipping and receiving functions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Follow all safety, security and quality control procedures.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position operates in both a technical repair and warehouse setting. The role regularly requires standing, bending, lifting, and handling small components and equipment.
