Position Summary Required to lay out information requested by the associated field personnel in a timely manner that meets the concrete pour schedule. Role Responsibilities :

• Utilizing total station equipment, the Layout Foreman will be required to receive point data information from the CAD department.
• Lay out plumbing sleeves & hangers, piping sleeves & hangers, duct sleeves & hangers.
• The Layout Foreman may be required to travel to our job sites to "collect" information and send to the CAD department for coordination and / or fabrication.
• This person will be expected to travel to job sites, regardless of location.
• As needed with new construction or existing buildings, the layout foreman may be Required to "collect" information for as-built purposes, and then download the information to the CAD department for coordination and / or fabrication.
